Element: Prepare and maintain field harvesting vehicle and equipment
  • Check wild field harvesting vehicle is clean prior to harvesting operation
  • Check equipment is clean and fit for purpose
  • Check and replenish consumables, as required
  • Identify health and safety risks associated with operating vehicle, and implement control measures
       
Element: Load, transport and deliver to field depot or wild game meat processing premises

Assessment Tasks
